The engine has about 5000 miles on it since the rebuild and is the exact numbers matching block to the car. It is souped up a fair amount and runs like an absolute top w/ an installed manual choke. There are sidepipes installed and this makes the car loud but still legal for road use. The car has a standard transmission and does not have AC. This car was never driven in the winter and has no rust anywhere on it. For the last 3 years it has been kept indoors and was only driven on sunny summer days. The paint is starting to peel in 3 places 2 spots being on the passenger door and one being on the hood under the passenger side of the windshield. There are small blemishes in the body work that would not take much effort to repair. The headlights have rub marks above them from being misadjusted and the very point of the front bumper has a small portion of paint missing. The interior paint is starting to come off in a few places but is purely cosmetic. Shortly after I bought the car the heater core burst allowing the carpet to soak and tear on the passenger side floor. The floor mat covers it nicely and the insulation is intact but the carpet itself is in bad shape in that area. The heater core has been replaced and has been working properly for 2 years . I have a number of spare parts including chrome engine dress parts that no longer fit with the new engine parts rear wheel bearings rear wheel seals rear trailing arm bushings and the specialty tool to install them that will all be going with the car. I also have the air cleaner gasket original style chrome valve covers that no longer fit due to taller rocker arms original factory style hubcaps and a spare set of 4 tires. If there are any other parts from for the car in the garage that I am forgetting those will also go with the car when it is sold. All in all I love this car and I've planned to hold onto it for a very long time as it is but it's gotten to the point where I've driven it 3 times within the last year and I need to free up some space at home. The body isn't perfect but it's a great driver quality car reliable rust free and mechanically couldn't be much better. I've driven it to Chicago and back multiple times without any issue. The engine has about 5000 miles on it since the rebuild and is still the exact numbers matching block to the car but all of the internals were replaced. 3 years ago i went through and rebuilt the entire engine from the ground up replaced the heater core and installed a manual choke. The radiator was also replaced with an aluminum tri-row performance radiator as these cars are known to run a little hot from the factory. The only things on the engine that are still original are the block the carburetor fuel pump distributor and cooling fan. It is souped up a fair amount and runs like an absolute top again only having 5000 miles on the engine. There are sidepipes installed and this makes the car loud but still legal for road use. The car has a standard transmission and i'm told that the feature isn't common. The car does not have ac. This car was never driven in the winter and has no rust anywhere on it. At one point i raised it in the air and dug around the underside looking for rotting areas and found nothing. For the last 3 years it has been kept indoors and was only driven on sunny summer days. The body needs a little bit of attention as the paint is starting to peel in 3 places 2 being on the passenger door and one being on the hood under the passenger side of the windshield. The vehicle was also hit while parked at one point but the damages are only cosmetic on the passenger rear corner and require the rear bumper to be replaced. I have driven it for 4 years after the incident without issues. There are other small blemishes in the body work but none that concerned me. The headlights have rub marks from being misadjusted and the very point of the front bumper has a small portion of paint missing. The interior paint is starting to come off in a few places but again is purely cosmetic. The worst part of the interior is the passenger side floor.
